To ensure we provide you with the best service possible, one or more Tickets & Service offices can be found at all the larger NS train stations. Our personnel will gladly assist you with any questions you may have and you can purchase tickets for all national and many international destinations, and ticket supplements for several of the NS Hispeed products.
Please note: There is a surcharge for Fyra. You can also buy the supplement ticket at the Tickets & Service offices at the stations. You can recognise Fyra trains by their exterior, which is pink, purple and white and on which the words 'Fyra' is written.
In the Tickets & Service office our personnel will be happy to assist you to find tickets to all national and many international destinations – with or without prior reservation.

In a number of our offices you will also find a ticket collection machine which you can use to print tickets that have been reserved online.
In the self-service corner of a number of Tickets & Service offices you can make your own online reservation and if desired, print your ticket or collect it from the ticket collection machine – a service that will allow you to still purchase a ticket just before departure.

Did you know that making an online reservation is also a very user-friendly way to order international train tickets? It means you cannot only make a reservation quickly and simply when it suits you, but you need not pay a booking fee.
One moment please
