New way to travel

To make booking your train trip even easier, NS Hispeed offers a new way of arranging your admission: namely ticketless. If you travel regularly between Amsterdam and Brussels on the InterCity Brussels, then you can now travel without a ticket!

How does "ticketless travel" work?

1. Apply for a NS Hispeed Card

If you already have an NS Hispeed account, then you can log in at www.NSHispeed.nl (top right hand corner) and under "change profile" you can apply for a NS Hispeed Card.

If you do not yet have an NS Hispeed account then you must first fill in the registration form. Once you have set up an account you can apply for a NS Hispeed Card when you've logged in (top right hand corner) under "change profile".

The NS Hispeed Card will be sent to you within 5 working days at which time you will be able to travel ticketless.

2. Book your trip

Booking your trip with the NS Hispeed Card is very simple: log into your account (top right hand corner). Then choose the international journey you wish to make with InterCity Brussels and when asked what type of ticket you want, choose the 'NS Hispeed Card' option. You can pay for your trip with either iDEAL or credit card (MasterCard or VISA).

Please note: Do not forget to take your NS Hispeed Card and identification with you whenever you travel with InterCity Brussels.

Product terms and conditions for Ticketless travel

Ticketless travel is subject to the following specific product terms and conditions:

• You must make the trip on the date you booked.
• It is possible to change your travel date or to cancel your trip. Contact the NS Hispeed Telesales at 0900-9296 (€ 0.35 per minute) or your travel agency.
• The NS Hispeed Card is strictly personal and non-transferable; it is therefore not possible to allow someone else to travel with your card. If the conductor is unsure of the identity of the person using the NS Hispeed Card, you may be asked to show identification.
