TeleSales NS Hispeed
To make a reservation by telephone you can call NS Hispeed Telesales at 0900 - 9296 (€ 0.35/minute). The booking fee is € 10 for each reservation. If you are not in The Netherlands you can call NS Hispeed Telesales at +31 302 331 676.
Ticket receipt
After making your reservation by telephone, you can choose to:
- collect your ticket at the ticket collection machine at a Tickets & Service office in a Tickets & Service office at the stations in Arnhem, Amsterdam Central, Breda, Schiphol Airport, Rotterdam Central, The Hague Central or Utrecht Central,
- have your tickets sent to any postal address in the Netherlands
- print your ticket at home
Payment
Tickets which have been reserved by telephone can be payed in two different ways:
- by credit card (VISA and Mastercard)
- by deposit (please note: this takes longer than with credit card and is therefore not a possible payment method if you wish to depart in the coming days)
Processing time payment
After receipt of your payment, tickets can be sent to any postal address in the Netherlands. If you pay by credit card, please take into account the time required for processing the payment, which is approximately four working days. A bank deposit usually takes a few days longer.
Opening hours Telesales
NS Hispeed Telesales is available during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 21.00 hrs
- Saterday from 10.00 to 18.00 hrs
- Sundays the Internet Support Desk is available assist you with your online booking, but will not be able to make your reservation for you.
