Fyra and the Off-peak Discount Pass

Travelling with Fyra using your Off-peak Discount Pass

If you travel with Fyra using an Off-peak Discount Pass, you will receive your usual discount during off-peak hours (as stipulated in the terms of the Off-peak Discount Pass). However, besides your standard NS train ticket, you will have to purchase a ticket supplement.

No off-peak discount is available for the Fyra ticket supplement.

Travelling with the Public Transport Smart Card

You can use the balance on your NS OV-chipkaart (Public Transport Smart Card) to travel on the Fyra high-speed train. However, please note that a paper ticket supplement will be required when travelling with the OV-chipkaart, like with any other NS ticket.
