Finding your carriage
Your carriage and seat numbers are printed on your ticket. At the station, look at the
side of the Eurostar train or the flags on the platform to find your carriage number or the
buffet carriage.
Travellers with impaired mobility
Travellers who are blind cannot purchase a ticket with special discount, but the person accompanying them can. In first class, two special seats are reserved for travellers in wheelchairs. Anyone accompanying these travellers can also purchase a ticket with special discount. Travellers with a mobility scooter can transport it for free in one of the special luggage areas. Luggage
You may take 2 medium-sized suitcases and 1 piece of hand baggage with you. The Eurostar has luggage cars. At either side of each carriage, there are luggage racks where you can place your luggage. If you have more or larger pieces of luggage, you should drop them off at the luggage office in the Eurostar terminal at Brussels South or London St Pancras International. Your luggage can then be collected at your arrival station 24 hours later. More information
Taking your bicycle along
If you want to take your bicycle along, you should drop it off at the luggage office in the Eurpstar terminal at Brussels South, London St Pancras or Paris Gare du Nord. It can then be collected at your arrival station 24 hours later. Cost: € 25.00 each way. More information
Taking a pet along
Guide dogs may accompany blind and poor-sighted passengers. No other pets are permitted on Eurostar. More information
