The Eurostar is the ultimate high-speed train for daily connections from Brussels South to Lille, Ebbsfleet and London. From Brussels to the Channel Tunnel, the Eurostar can travels up to 300 km/h. The “crossing” only takes 21 minutes!

Most fares purchased in the Netherlands include a ticket from any station in the Netherlands to Brussels with InterCity Brussels, this trip can even be taken on the day prior to the departure of your Eurostar connection.

Eurostar tickets can be booked as early as four months*** before your departure date. Reservations are required. This way, you can be sure of getting a seat. If you should happen to miss your connection, take your ticket to the service counter to reschedule a seat on the next available Eurostar.
Eurostar has 3 travel classes: Standard, Business Premier and Leisure Select.
Standard class offers passengers a comfortable seat which will allow them to have a relaxing trip.
Business travellers and tourists have different needs. This is why there are two categories of first class: Business Premier Class for business travellers and Leisure Select Class for tourists.
Passengers with Business Premier Class tickets have access to the lounges in the Eurostar terminals in Brussels and London. These lounges give you just about everything you could need: beverages, snacks, comfortable chairs, free WiFi, computers and mobile phone chargers.

The special buffet carriage is the place to go if you want something to eat or drink. There’s even a special menu for children (4 to 11 years).
Your carriage and seat numbers are printed on your ticket. At the station, look at the side of the Eurostar train or the flags on the platform to find your carriage number or the buffet carriage.
Travellers who are blind cannot purchase a ticket with special discount, but the person accompanying them can. In first class, two special seats are reserved for travellers in wheelchairs. Anyone accompanying these travellers can also purchase a ticket with special discount.
Travellers with a mobility scooter can transport it for free in one of the special luggage areas.

You may take 2 medium-sized suitcases and 1 piece of hand baggage with you. The Eurostar has luggage cars. At either side of each carriage, there are luggage racks where you can place your luggage. If you have more or larger pieces of luggage, you should drop them off at the luggage office in the Eurostar terminal at Brussels South or London St Pancras International. Your luggage can then be collected at your arrival station 24 hours later.

If you want to take your bicycle along, you should drop it off at the luggage office in the Eurpstar terminal at Brussels South, London St Pancras or Paris Gare du Nord. It can then be collected at your arrival station 24 hours later. Cost: € 25.00 each way.

Guide dogs may accompany blind and poor-sighted passengers. No other pets are permitted on Eurostar.

Smoking is not permitted on board.
Eurostar departs to and from Brussels South and London St Pancras International 10 times a day on Mondays through Fridays and 8 times a day on Saturdays and Sundays.
Eurostar departs from Brussels South and travels to London. You can travel from the Netherlands to Brussels South on an InterCity train to Brussels or on Thalys. Once at Brussels South, you will have to check in at the Eurostar terminal at least 30 minutes before Eurostar departs. Passport control follows the check-in procedure.
The InterCity train coming from the Netherlands will arrive at Brussels South on platform 16, 17, 18, 19 or 20. Signs marked ‘Eurostar’ point the way to the Eurostar terminal. In front of the entrance to the Eurostar terminal is a screen listing the Eurostar trains that are ready for check-in or boarding.
Thalys coming from the Netherlands will arrive at Brussels South on platform 3, 4, 5, or 6. Eurostar departs from platform 1 or 2 These platforms can only be entered after checkin and customs check. It is very important that you check in at least 30 minutes before Eurostar departs.
