NS Hispeed Lounge

A pleasant stay at the station

The NS Hispeed Lounge at Amsterdam Central, Rotterdam Central and Schiphol are designed to receive our special passengers. An exclusive, quiet area where you can relax while waiting for your (international) train to depart. You can drink a cup of coffee or quickly finish off some work. The choice is yours!

Lounge services

The NS Hispeed Lounge is equipped with all the facilities a frequent traveller needs: a comfortable worktable with electricity, a media wall with the latest news and a reading table with a selection of newspapers and magazines. And of course, a self-service bar with free drinks.

Location and opening hours

The NS Hispeed Lounge in Amsterdam is located on platform 2A at Amsterdam Central, next to the station restaurant. In Breda the lounge is situated in the Tickets- and Service shop. In Rotterdam the lounge is located between the Tickets- and Service shop and restaurant La Place. In Schiphol Airport the lounge is located at Arrivals 4 across HEMA. The lounges are open from Monday to Friday from 08h00 – 20h00 and on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays from 10h00 – 18h00.

Which train passengers have access to the NS Hispeed Lounges?

If you have one of the following passes on the date of travel, you have free access to the NS Hispeed Lounge:

NS Business Card in combination with a 1st or 2nd class ticket or reservation
1st class international ticket
1st class NS subscriptions (NS Annual Pass, NS Monthly Pass) or OV Annual Pass
Members of Railteam Loyalty Programs

Other passengers, thus including NS staff members who possess a free travel 1st class pass have no access to the lounge.

Special offer!

Until october 1st we have a special introduction offer for our domestic costumers. Every person travelling in 1st class with a ticket worth of over €10 has access to our lounges

Policy with regard to guests

Holders of the following passes may take along 1 person to the lounge as a guest free of charge.

NS Business Card in combination with a 1st class ticket
NS Business Card in combination with a 1st class reservation
1st class international ticket

Holders of 1st class NS subscriptions (NS Annual Pass, NS Monthly Pass) or OV Annual Pass may take along one guest for € 12.50 per 2 hours per person.

Meeting rooms

A business meeting shortly before departure? This can be easily arranged in our NS Hispeed meeting rooms – for only € 12.50 per 2 hours for each attendee*! Following hours are €7,50 per person. The meeting rooms can be accessed separately from the lounge. We have a total of 5 meeting rooms for a maximum of 4 or 6 people and 2 larger meeting rooms for a maximum of 10 people. Breda has no meeting rooms.
* Free for holders of an NS Business Card Internationaal in combination with a 1st class ticket (up to 4 persons).
