InterCity Amsterdam-Antwerp-Brussels Midi

From Friday 25 till Monday 28 May

Due to engineering works, InterCity Brussels will not run between Amsterdam Centraal and Roosendaal, but will run between Breda and Roosendaal. InterCity Brussels will therefore not stop at Amsterdam Centraal, Schiphol, Den Haag HS, Rotterdam Centraal or Dordrecht.

Travel advice:
Passengers can travel with Fyra from Amsterdam Centraal, Schiphol and Rotterdam Centraal to Breda. It is not necessary to purchase a supplement ticket for Fyra. Bicycles are not permitted on Fyra trains.
Passengers travelling from Den Haag HS and Dordrecht can travel with domestic services to Rotterdam Centraal and catch the Fyra from there to Breda. It is not necessary to purchase a supplement ticket for Fyra. Bicycles are not permitted on Fyra trains.

Saturday 2 June

Due to engineering works, the InterCity services 9212 and 9216, which usually depart from Amsterdam Centraal at 05.44 and 06.43 hrs, will not run between Amsterdam Centraal and Roosendaal. Both these services will depart from Breda and travel to Antwerpen and Brussel via Roosendaal.

Further information will follow at a later date.

Saturday 9 June

Due to engineering works, the InterCity Brussels schedule has been altered:

InterCity Brussels from the Netherlands to Belgium will not run from Amsterdam Centraal to Schiphol between 09.30 and 16.30 hrs. These trains will depart from Amsterdam Sloterdijk and travel from there to Schiphol, and continue on the regular route. Passengers can travel from Amsterdam Centraal to Amsterdam Sloterdijk with domestic trains. Please leave home approximately 15 minutes earlier than usual.
InterCity Brussels from Belgium to the Netherlands will not run from Schiphol to Amsterdam Sloterdijk before 16.00 hrs. These trains will travel Amsterdam Sloterdijk after departing from Schiphol. Passengers travelling to Amsterdam Centraal can take domestic trains to Amsterdam Centraal from Schiphol.

Sunday 10 June

Due to engineering works the InterCity Brussels schedule has been altered:

InterCity Brussels from the Netherlands to Belgium will run a different route between Amsterdam Centraal and Rotterdam Centraal and will therefore not stop at Schiphol or Den Haag HS, but will make an extra stop at Gouda. Passengers travelling with InterCity Brussels can travel with domestic services from Schiphol and Den Haag HS (from Schiphol via Amsterdam Centraal and from Den Haag HS via Gouda) to Rotterdam Centraal and catch the InterCity Brussels train from there.

InterCity Brussels from Belgium to Netherlands will run a different route between Rotterdam Centraal and Amsterdam Centraal and will therefore not stop at Den Haag HS or Schiphol, but will make an extrra stop at Gouda. Passengers travelling to Den Haag HS and Schiphol can change trains at Rotterdam Centraal and catch a domestic train from there (to Den Haag HS via Gouda, to Schiphol via Amsterdam Centraal).

When travelling from Schiphol please leave home an hour earlier. When travelling from Den Haag HS please leave home one and half hours earlier.

Sunday 17 June

Due to engineering works the InterCity Brussels schedule has been altered:

InterCity Brussels from the Netherlands to Belgium will run a different route from Amsterdam Centraal to Rotterdam Centraal and will therefore not stop at Schiphol or Den Haag HS. Passengers travelling from Schiphol or Den Haag HS can take domestic trains to Rotterdam Centraal and catch the InterCity Brussels from there.

InterCity Brussels from Belgium to the Netherlands will run different route from Rotterdam Centraal to Amsterdam Centraal and will therefore not stop at Den Haag HS or Schiphol. Passengers travelling to Den Haag HS or Schiphol can get off at Rotterdam Centraal and take a domestic train from there.

When travelling from Schiphol please leave home an hour earlier. When travelling from Den Haag HS please leave home one and half hours earlier.

Sunday 24 June till 16.00 hrs.

Due to engineering works the InterCity Brussels service will not run between Amsterdam Centraal and Roosendaal till 16.00 hrs, but will run between Breda and Roosendaal. InterCity Brussels will therefore not stop in Amsterdam Centraal, Schiphol, Den Haag HS, Rotterdam Centraal or Dordrecht.
Trains 9205 up and till 9233 from the Netherlands to Belgium and trians 9216 up and till 9244 from Belgium to the Netherlands will have an adjusted schedule.

Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 August

InterCity Brussels will run via a different route between Amsterdam and Roosendaal, and will therefore not call at Schiphol, Den Haag HS, Rotterdam Centraal and Dordrecht. It will make an additional stop in Utrecht Centraal.
Passengers traveling from Schiphol should use domestic services to Utrecht Centraal and change onto the InterCity Brussels. Passengers are advised to leave home half an hour earlier than usual.
Passengers traveling from Den Haag HS and Rotterdam Centraal, should use domestic services to travel to Roosendaal via Dordrecht (change at Dordrecht) and in Roosendaal change onto the InterCity Brussels. Please leave home half an hour to an hour earlier than usual.
Passengers traveling from Dordrecht should use domestic services to Roosendaal and change onto InterCity Brussels. Please leave home half an hour earlier than usual.
Passengers traveling from the north, east and central areas of the Netherlands, should use domestic services to Utrecht Centraal and from there change onto InterCity Brussels. No extra travel time.

Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 August.

InterCity Brussels begins in Breda and travels via Roosendaal to Antwerpen and Brussels. InterCity Brussels will therefore not call at Amsterdam Centraal, Schiphol, Den Haag, Rotterdam Centraal and Dordrecht.
Passengers traveling from Amsterdam Centraal, Schiphol and Rotterdam Centraal should take the Fyra service to Breda and then change onto InterCity Brussels. No extra travel time.
Passengers traveling from Den Haag HS should use domestic services to Rotterdam Centraal and then change onto the Fyra service to Breda. In Breda please change onto InterCity Brussels. Please leave home half an hour earlier than usual.
