Fyra SMS Alerts

New method of travel updates

NS Hispeed is developing a new service which we will be offering our customers soon: Fyra SMS Alerts. With this service Fyra will inform you as soon as possible when there are disruptions that may change your travel time or route by sending a text to your mobile phone. This way you can decide if you want to travel at a different time or take a alternative route to your destination.

How does it work?

Soon we will add the option "Fyra SMS Service" in our Itinerary Planner. After you've checked that box and filled in your departure time, departing station and destination, Fyra will send you a free text if there are any disruptions. The first time you use this service, you will asked to activate your account by sending the text RAIL to 7245.
