Accessibility – for everyone
We do everything we can to make our trains and stations accessible to all. To also increase accessibility for the elderly and poor-sighted and other passengers with slightly impaired mobility, we offer a number of additional services.
Assistance when entering or leaving the train
Do you need assistance when entering or leaving the train? No problem – you can request the required assistance one week in advance by calling +31(0)30-235 78 22 between 07h00 and 23h00. Please have the reservation information at hand when you make this call.
Travelling with a guide
Passengers with a functional disability may be eligible for an OV guide pass. Depending on the country in which you will be travelling, you will receive a free rail pass for your guide when you present this pass. For more information please go to the following links.
