Refund
Have you not used your ticket or only used part of it? Then you may submit a request for a refund. On the basis of the ticket conditions, NS Hispeed Customer Service will assess whether you qualify. Please always include an original ticket with your request and take into account that it is possible that some administration cost will be charged.

NS Hispeed coupon
The NS Hispeed coupon, issued by NS Hispeed Customer Service, is valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase on a new ticket. You may exchange the coupon when you buy your ticket at the NS Hispeed counter in one of the Tickets & Service offices.
In the case of tickets ordered by telephone or online, you may also use your NS Hispeed coupon. Please send your coupon along with a reference to your order code to:

In the case of a homeprint ticket, please include a hard copy of your ticket.
Compensation for delays
NS Hispeed naturally does everything in its power to ensure that your train will be on time. Unfortunately, delays are sometimes unavoidable. European regulations state how passengers can be compensated when their trains are delayed.
